BETA CHAPTER CONSTITUTION

Recent changes to the Constitution -
Preamble: Bozeman
4.4 All expenditures for Kappa Kappa Psi - Beta functions shall be made by
check drawn on the Kappa Kappa Psi account(s) and signed by the Chapter Treasurer
and Chapter President. In the President’s absence, the Chapter Vice acting President
may sign on his/her behalf, with the chapter and, or sponsor’s President’s conscent.
B 1.1.3.3 Financial and time obligations will also be covered, this includes
dues, PM service project, PM fund-raiser, chapter fund-raiser, chapter service activities,
and the requirements the PM’s must meet.
B 1.2.1.3 Quizzes will not included graded essays

Repeal all membership section and add the membership education program
Proposed by-laws
B2.6 In addition to the regular duties of the Chapter Secretary, the
Chapter Secretary must keep a paper copy of the most recently
published Beta Chapter, Kappa Kappa Psi National, and Midwest
District constitutions as well as Robert’s Rules of Order as part of
the chapter record.
B2.6.1 The chapter copies of the Beta Chapter, Kappa Kappa Psi National, and
Midwest District constitutions must be present at all regular business meetings.
When not in use, said constitutions must be kept in the chapter record.
B4.3 Membership dues for the Beta Chapter shall be $40 in addition to dues to the National Chapter.
B4.4 All newly inducted members’ dues will consist of $40 Chapter dues, National dues,
and the cost of the membership jacket.
B1.7 The Beta Chapter will consider for active status any conditional member upon fulfillment
of membership requirements and a request from said member.
Need to renumber the by laws in the membership section... repeats after 1.3,the second number 1.1
would become 1.4, and so on.
